When will you start shipping?

 

The current estimated shipping for your Haxson AirFan will be around May 2023.

In the meantime, we'll continue to keep you updated, where we'll include pictures and videos from the production line, so you can see the Haxson AirFan being created.

 

When and how do I pay for shipping?

 

The $399 includes shipping. You don't need to pay anything.

You are being environmentally conscious—we are using international sea shipping for Haxson Air Fan, which is more environmentally friendly than air shipping.

Do I have to pay TAX/VAT when I receive my AirFan?

 

We pay duties and taxes for the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao. We are also doing our best to cover duties and taxes for all countries we ship to, however there might still be some regions where this is not possible. We’ll keep everyone posted through our regular updates. 

 
 
 

How do I know if you're able to ship to my address?

 

We'll be shipping to most of the countries/regions in the world. Contact and ask us if you have doubts about shipping, at:

Do you offer warranty? 

 

We provide a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

 
 
 

Shipping policy

If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided or you moved without notifying us) it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to 35 countries around the world: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Israel, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Korean, Japan, Switzerland, Norway and the European Union (with the exception of Republic of Cyprus and Malta). Please note that due to the size of the product, we are required to use specific couriers that do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes. If you live outside our current shipping areas, please email us at support@haxson.com, and we’ll let you know once we start delivering to your country. 

Can I change my delivery address after I place my pre-order?

Absolutely! You will be able to edit your shipping details up until we are ready to start delivery. We’ll make sure to give all our pre-order customers ample time to review and update delivery details before we start shipping out your pre-orders. All you need to remember is that your new address needs to be located in the same country or in one of the 35 countries we deliver to.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a full refund within 30 days from the time you placed your pre-order on our website.

After the 30 days have passed, your funds may have already been used towards the production of your items and a refund will likely not be possible.
